SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days when order volume is light, 4-5 business days when order volume is medium and 5-7 business days when order volume is heavy (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than usual, processing times and shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the processing or shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text. 

GCC Countries

 We do ship to GCC Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE)

International shipping

We do ship also to Egypt.  We do not currently ship to the rest of the world.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stellalunascents@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P. O. boxes.
